Less than a day till kick off!

With less than 24 hours to go before WordCamp Manchester, we thought it would be useful to do a final run down!

Pre-Camp Social

  • This Evening ( Friday 27th)
  • 7:00pm onwards
  • Location: Sandinista! 2 Old Bank Street, (Off St. Ann’s Square), Manchester, M2 7PF

Human Made are having a pre-camp social at Sandinista Manchester and have invited everyone attending to come along! There are generously providing food and drinks as well.

WordCamp Manchester

Notes:

Car Park
The John Dalton Car Park is free to all attendees of WordCamp Manchester. You can access the car park off Chester Street. Word is that the car park barrier may be up already as it’s broken but if not, just buzz to be let in.

Schedule
Registration opens at 8:30am. and we intend to start with the introductions at 9:00am prompt. The day will end at 5:00pm.

Details of all of the sessions and speakers are available on the Schedule page. Lightning talks will be decided on the day.

Refreshments
Breakfast and lunch are being provided for you. There also will be tea and coffee during both breaks.

Tickets
You do not need to bring a printed ticket or receipt, but please do make a note of the email address that you used to book your tickets.

WordCamp Manchester Social

The after-conference social will take place at Blackdog Ball Room NWS which is 5 minutes walk from the conference venue. We have reserved a private function room.

A buffet is being served from 6:30pm.

Notes:

  • Registration starts from 9:30am
  • There is no problem departing early.
  • Please bring your laptop and charger.
  • Ensure you have your wordpress.org account details with you. If you don’t have one register one ahead of time or we will help you on the day.
  • If you have been able to setup your machine, that would be great, but not critical.
  • Snacks and Lunch will be provided
